Welcome to the P&C website

The P&C (Parents & Citizens' Association) consists of parents, teachers and other interested parties who care about our children's education. The P&C meets at the school on the third Monday of the month during term time.

Our broad role is to:
  • facilitate co-operation between parents and the school
  • foster opportunities for parent participation in the school in a wide range of activities
  • encourage parent input on issues including the curriculum and other education areas and to maintain an open dialogue with the school.

The P&C also provides the school with much needed additional resources, through our various fundraising activities. 

Other specific P&C activities at the school include:

  • a weekly Canteen (on Wednesdays)  
  • an onsite secondhand uniform shop 
  • running a market in the grounds of the school 
  • running a Walkathon or Activathon 
  • providing assistance at school events such as our swimming and athletics carnivals, etc.

In short, the P&C provides parents/carers with a forum to make a real difference to the education outcomes for their children.

The opportunities for involvement through the P&C are endless and limited only by the time that parents/carers are able to commit.
